"他社からの乗り換え客の大半がドコモからの流出。
「サービスをすべて管理するアップルの代理店にはならない。iPhone人気がいつまでも続くわけではない」というドコモ幹部の発言がヤバイ。もともとユーザー目線のない企業だったが、ここに来てもっと酷くなったのでは。
ユーザーにとってドコモがアップルの代理店になろうがならなかろうがどうでもいい事。「例えアップルの代理店になってもユーザーのニーズがあれば、ドコモのインフラの強みを生かして最高のアップル代理店になってみせます」くらいの事を言って欲しいところだ。
管理されるのが嫌って、これまで殿様商売やってきて頭を下げた事がないので変えたくないと開き直っているように、役所的対応にうんざりし続けたドコモ・ユーザーには聞こえる。
それにiPhone人気が続かないとか、それって大昔にiPod人気なんか続かないとか言っていた日本の電機メーカー以下では。"
